Our tips:

Balsamic herbs

Balsamic herbs are aromatic plants that release various substances into the air, rich in terpenes and with antiseptic and mucus-thinning properties.
Examples include pine, eucalyptus and thyme.
These herbs have been used in traditional medicine since ancient times for their balsamic, expectorant and antimicrobial effects.
Botanically, they are perennial plants that tolerate cold well and retain their aromatic leaves throughout the year.
